quality, quantity, and what define us more

recently, I've been thinking about this month. i mean ramadhan.

year by year we'd meet ramadhan and what makes ramadhan different from other months.

its fasting, its weather (that i found so hot in its days), and how  ramadhan can multiply our reward from Allah SWT.

my surroundings and I, used to have a contest for "who had read quran at most" every ramadhan. even when i moved out to another city. yeah, i lived in a world where we can live with islam in peace. alhamdulillah.

but as i go to ramadhan, and next ramadhan, and next, and next. my intention to sad qur'an became an obsess and objective thing to do. the quantity of it is what i searched for. and somehow i get tired of it. i somehow feel wrong.

so, now I'm going to make a new to-do-list for this ramadhan.

1. khatam 1x (I'm making it less)
2. murojaah ( for all surahs i neglect all this time. i hope i'll remember more)
3. not to be down when I don't have any companion. ( lets just think that Allah is always with us)

so there it is, my new to do list. its not like a show off, its for a reminder to myself when i forget. thanks.

and for the last, theres another one thing to tell.

yes, I'm going to have a piano lesson :) i don't know if it suits me, or if i will like it. but i have a feeling it will :)

twelve grade, one dream lead another.

they say its gonna be tough, they say its gonna be a tiring long journey and i shall not fail.

disini, dimana semua kenangan akan menjadi kenangan yang utuh. karena semua punya jalannya masing- masing.

saya, shofa tazkia, adalah orang yang tidak pernah terikat dengan pikiran pikiran yg mengejar UI, ITB, dan universitas lainnya. saya menganggap itu keren, tapi masuk ke dalam salah satunya bukan batas hidup mati saya.

saya tidak ingin terpikat universitas, tetapi terpikat jurusan. tetapi (lagi), nyatanya kondisi pikiran saya belum dapat terpikat jurusan apa apa. saya sadar hidup itu hanya sekali, jadi saya mau yang terbaik. bukan terbaik untuk saya, tapi juga untuk dunia, untuk islam, untuk indonesia, untuk orang orang yang tidak ter-apresiasikan.

thats why i think hard.

where should i break the circle chain of this world's problem? not to mention how much problem in this whole world.

untuk itu, saya sudah mencoba menemukan jawaban. yah, walau mungkin saya harus bekerja lebih keras dari yang lain, saya tetap akan coba. walau (lagi) saya masih menetapkan ini sebagai rahasia, mungkin kedepannya akan diberitahukan lebih lanjut :p

heyyy i am going to tell you about my favorite songs. can I do bahasa? (yes of course :p )

jadi, akhir akhir ini shofa tuh udah jarang nge browse lagu2 gitu kan, nemu juga belum tentu sempet download. internet di rumah juga ngadet det det (oke sesi curhat dulu)

nah, mumpung sekarang lagi di cyberjaya ya, wifi lancaaar banget dan kerjaan di kamar abang makin absurd, jadilah muter2in MBDC, malesbangetdotcom. nyoba nyobe ngesearch SOAR yang baru baru. kayak Roman Foot Soldiers, Sir Dandy, Angsa dan Serigala, sampe Leonardo Ringo.

akhirnya jadi ngulang yang dulu udah pernah di tonton, kaya Deugalih & Folks, sama Endah n Rhesa.

akhirnya gue mutusin buat ngeshare video SOAR nya Endah n Rhesa, to show how such a cute couple they are, and their music, is flowing smoothly.

isnt they greaaat :] hehe dont forget to download you & I on the next december :)

i like it how they said about being happy. yeah, thats my purposes too, no less. karena hidup ini cuma sekali, right? rasa ngejalanin hal hal yang baru itu juga selalu seru, thats life, in my case. hehe yah udah dikasih hidup janganlah murung murung.. tapi tetep tanggung jawab.

teruuuus video kedua. I found it not so long time ago, but like months, maybe? jadi pertamanya itu nggak sengaja kan download album random gitu, dave barnes - stories to tell. ternyata lagunya asik buat didengerin. pas lagi sempet, ngesurf di youtube, ternyata stories to tell itu album ketiganya kalo gasalah. dia sempet bikin 2 music video. Only You, dan God Gave Me You.

unique-ly, 2 lagu itu sempet nge hits di barat, tapi bukan dia yang nyanyi. tapi blake shelton sama curt bla bla bla lah. and then under until you music viedo, theres this comment

such a copyer make your own song up you tool THIS IS BILLY CURRINGTONS SONG NOT YOURS YOU ****!!!!

 its really inappropiate for someone who didnt even checked evidences. so i decided to spread his song so more people will know about dave barnes hehe. you should watch it ;)

sooo how is it? its nice lah~ 

semoga industri musik indonesia makin maju deh, jangan yang cuma cari sensasi aja :)
